MedplumClient.startNewPatient() method
Initiates a new patient flow.
This requires a partial login from startNewUser or startNewGoogleUser.
Signature:
startNewPatient(newPatientRequest: NewPatientRequest, options?: MedplumRequestOptions): Promise<LoginAuthenticationResponse>;
